Friendly clerks, Clean, feel comfortable.
Front desk personnel were outstanding and the activities for kids at the pool were excellent.
The staff was friendly and the breakfast had lots of choices.
Needs some general maintance huge stains on carpets in rooms and the wall and doors looked very dirty.
Staff would not generate a new key for my wife when the original key was inadvertently taken with me to Seattle where I had gone on business. The staff rudely dismissed her request saying that they had no record of her staying in the room and implying she was asking something improper. It was the suggestion that she was somehow improper that was most disturbing and which should be addressed by your corporate management. We are awaiting your response. thank you Howard Williams,MD Dana Williams, MD
We were checked in by Alexis who went above and beyond in terms of hospitality. She gave us the same level of service that we have experienced at 5 star resorts. She was the only person at the desk and handled every customer with the same level of patience, courtesy and warmth regardless of their personalities and attitudes. Alexis made our stay better than we could have expected. Thank you Alexis! On another positive note the breakfast offered a lot of different options. Everything from oatmeal to pancakes to yogurt and cereal. There was something for everyone.
The hotel is a little run down. They should not put people without pets in rooms that have been used by travellers with pets. Although sanitized, one could still smell that familiar dog smell that is not pleasant to those of us who do not care for that smell.
The pool, friendly customer service and room was small but still a very nice room.
The parking was a real challenge. The entrance is hard to get into and there is no parking available because their parking lot is connected to a mini mall type complex.
King bed was comfortable but our teens were not comfortable.
Our room we reserved with booking was not available upon check in. Very disappointed! We booked a queen deluxe room with two queen beds and a couch, see our booking pic vs what we got. We were squished into a king room with a pull out couch and roll away bed both of which were very uncomfortable. Two teens and two adults. No reduction to our rates and nothing done by the hotel. Infact we were treated as less than customers since we booked "with a third party". Also one washer and one dryer for the entire hotel.
The breakfast was good.
The staff was begrudging, at best. I shouldn't feel like you're doing me a favor, letting me stay there. It's clean, but smelly. The employees smoke immediately outside the front doors, which comes in, not only the front doors and into the lobby, but wafts up to the rooms via the open windows.
Breakfast was wonderful!
Parking was little awkward.
Bed was comfortable
The fact that Booked.net said we would have a jacuzzi in our room and the hotel wasn't able to accommodate
Spa bath and bed were nice and comfortable. They offered free cookies and milk at 7pm in the lobby which was nice. Breakfast was ok. They had some egg and cheese omelet and turkey sausage. Pancakes were not good.
I forgot somethings at the hotel and when I called back two days later they said there was not anything left behind. I know for a fact that I left my items there.
My husband and I were told there was a $150 EXTRA charge on top of the $150 that paid for the room. The extra $150 was NOT mentioned when I booked the room. Maybe someone should mention that when the rooms are booked.
I think the breakfast could be improved. Plastic cutlery and plates are a low quality thing that clashes with every thing that is well done.
Friendliness of staff and room comfortable and clean.
